When used repeatedly, it is easy to appear: the console and the fusion seal are in chaos, the connection is not smooth, the flame adjustment is unstable, and the spare parts are lost.
To this end, we have improved the two-body machine into an all-in-one machine. The air pump tube has been plugged in beforehand. When using it, just turn on the gas or petroleum liquefied gas, adjust the gas and gas switch, and get a uniform concentrated flame. . When heating the ampoule, the circular ampoule can be slowly rotated to place the platform, so that the bottle neck is heated evenly. When it is softened, the upper end of the bottleneck of the ampoule is pulled up with a tweezers, and the bottle can be smoothly sealed under the bottleneck.
The use of the ampoule sealing machine is as follows: 1. Connect the gas pipeline. (The back of the device is mixed with the three-way right lower policy type regulating valve interface)
2. Plug in the power cord. (the upper right corner of the device is behind the socket)
3. Turn on the power switch (the upper right corner of the front of the device)
4. Slowly open the gas needle valve until the lamp head is lit.
5. Slowly open the gas-assisted needle valve (lower left corner of the device) until the two lamps have a slender blue flame to work (the more the flame is, the better)
6. Press the ampoules on the tray and do not put them into the flame immediately. First, see if the flame is at the center of the tray and if it is at the desired seal height (just loosen a knob on the bracket). Choose arbitrarily, then tighten tightly)
7. Place the ampoule filled with the liquid in the center of the tray and flame. Rotate the bottle evenly with your left hand, and when it is burnt to red, the right hand can be pulled off with a pair of tweezers.
8. After the work is finished, the gas-assisted valve must be turned off before the gas valve is closed.
