Classification and operation precautions for large-capacity centrifuges

The large-capacity centrifuge, as its name suggests, has a larger capacity than a conventional centrifuge. The main difference is that the capacity or total capacity of a single rotor is relatively large. This has higher requirements for the technology and rotor of the centrifuge. The machines are all low-speed, and there is currently no high-capacity high-speed centrifuge due to the influence of technology. Widely used in central blood stations, pharmaceuticals, biological products and other fields.

Large capacity centrifuge classification:

1. According to the purpose of separation, it can be divided into: laboratory large-capacity centrifuge and industrial large-capacity centrifuge.

2, according to the structure can be divided: desktop large capacity centrifuge and vertical large capacity centrifuge.

3, according to the speed can be divided: low-speed large-capacity centrifuge and high-speed large-capacity centrifuge.

4, according to temperature control can be divided: frozen large capacity centrifuge and room temperature large capacity centrifuge.

Large-capacity centrifuge operation precautions

* Do not operate under unbalanced conditions.

* The groove of the rotary disk should be securely mounted on the rotary shaft pin and tighten the lock nut on the turntable.

* Check the rotating disc for corrosion or damage. If there is corrosion or damage, contact the manufacturer to replace it.

* The horizontal rotating disc should check whether the centrifugal parts are fastened, whether the rotation is flexible, and then operate according to the method of use.

* Do not open the top cover of the machine during rotation. Do not touch the rotating parts with your hands.

* The centrifuge must be used with a reliable grounding power source.

* The speed of the centrifugal hopper used must not exceed the corresponding permissible "maximum speed".

* After use, wipe the centrifugal chamber and rotating parts clean and cut off the power.

* There is an electric lock emergency switch on the right side of the machine. When the electric lock fails, the upper cover of the machine cannot be opened or the power is turned off. Please unscrew the emergency knob to open the upper cover.
