Abstract: Body sensor networks (BSN) are wireless communication networks composed of multiple sensor nodes and personal intelligent terminals distributed on human body surfaces, close-fitting clothing, or internal human body vital signs. This paper introduces a personal health monitor network system based on ZigBee and Bluetooth wireless communication protocol. The system controls the sensor nodes worn on the human body through 3G smart phone terminals to collect human blood oxygen, heart sound, ECG and blood pressure in real time. The physical parameters are transmitted to the intelligent terminal display in a wireless communication manner to further realize remote data interaction with the community hospital or the central hospital. The system terminal application runs under the Android operating system and has a friendly interface design for 3G smartphone users of all Android operating systems.
With the increasing pressure of work and life, the incidence of diseases such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension and diabetes is increasing year by year and showing a trend of rejuvenation. These diseases have become more and more serious threats to people's health and even life. How to detect the disease in time and take effective measures to prevent accidents and reduce the risk of loss of life and property has become a common concern.
At present, China's health monitoring medical resources are mainly concentrated in hospitals. These monitoring devices are often bulky/expensive and complex in operation, and are not suitable for home-based daily health monitoring. With the rapid development of embedded technology, sensor technology and mobile network communication technology, a personal body network BSN composed of multiple wireless medical sensors provides an effective solution for family-oriented personal health monitoring.
The author proposes an overall architecture of a personal health monitoring system based on body area network, including the design of wireless body area network nodes based on ZigBee and the construction of wireless body area network. The wireless body area network node of the system includes a wireless ECG acquisition node, a wireless blood oxygen pulse node, a wireless blood pressure collection node, and a wireless heart sound collection node. Finally, the detection results of physiological parameters and the processing and display results of the intelligent terminal are given.
1 system overall architecture
The personal health monitoring system based on the body area network can realize the real-time data dynamic collection and transmission of the user's health status, so that the user can enjoy the medical resources conveniently and quickly. The system consists of two parts: the body area network and the telemedicine service center. The system structure diagram of the body area network is shown in Figure 1.

2 body area network sensor node design
The body area network system is composed of a ZigBee-based wireless sensor network node and a mobile 3G smart phone terminal. The wireless sensor network node can periodically collect vital sign data in real time and complete wireless transmission of data. In order to meet the general 3G smartphone application, the Zig-Bee/Bluetooth Gateway is designed to realize the aggregation of vital signs data, and the vital signs data is transmitted to the 3G intelligent collection terminal. The distribution map of the sensor nodes of the body area network is shown in Figure 2.
