After adding water, they can be restored to the state before lyophilization, and can maintain their original biochemical characteristics. Therefore, freeze-drying technology is widely used in medicine, food, chemical, biological products and other fields.
ZX - LGJ- 1 freeze dryer, available in four configurations ( both with pre-freeze ) :
â— Â Ordinary type - the material is dried after pre-freezing;
â— Â Gland type - the vial containing the material is pre-frozen and dried. After the drying is finished, the cap is manually closed under vacuum, which is equivalent to vacuum packaging;
â— Â Multi-manifold common type - the material is pre-frozen in a special bottle and connected to the lyophilized cover through a rubber valve. During the lyophilization process, different types of material drying bottles can be replaced at any time through the on-off valve;

two, Â Features and technical indicators
1, Â main feature:

four, Â Instrument installation and lyophilization preparation
1. The vacuum pump and the main machine are connected by vacuuming pressure tube. The standard fast clamp is used at both ends. The clamp is equipped with a rubber sealing ring. Apply a proper amount of vacuum grease on the sealing ring before connecting, and then clamp the two ends. tight.
2. Install the “Total Power†socket above the right side of the main unit, plug one end of the power cord, and connect the other end to an electrical power source. Install a vacuum pump power socket on the side of the “main power supply†and plug in the vacuum pump power cord.
3. Please read the “Instruction Manual†of the vacuum pump in detail, check the vacuum pump, confirm that the vacuum pump oil has been filled, do not run without oil, and the oil level should not be lower than the oil mirror center line .
4. The “○†type sealing ring above the cold trap should be kept clean and evenly coated with a layer of vacuum grease before use.
5. Put the material into the material tray, put the material tray into the pre-freezing rack, put the pre-freezing rack into the cold trap, cover the heat preservation cover, and pre-freeze for 4-6 hours.
6. If the gland configuration is used, the material is injected into the vial, and the vial is placed in the cold trap, pre-frozen for 4-6 hours. After pre-freezing, the vial is placed in the grate plate for drying.
7. If multi-manifold configuration is used, inject the material into the selected dry bottle, then put the dry bottle into the cold trap, cover the insulation cover, and pre-freeze for 4-6 hours. If possible, it is best to dry the bottle. Pre-freezing while rotating, so that the material is uniformly frozen on the bottle wall, which is beneficial to accelerate the drying effect.
8. Press and hold the “Total Power†button on the control panel for three seconds to control the system to power up. At this time, the temperature window is displayed as the temperature of the cold trap coil at that time.
9. Press the “Refrigerator†button, the refrigeration system starts to work, and the number of the cold trap temperature display window drops rapidly, and the pre-freezing begins.
Fives, Â Freeze drying operation
1, ordinary type:
( 1 ) Take out the pre-frozen material tray from the cold trap, quickly put it into the drying rack, place the drying rack above the cold trap, cover the plexiglass cover, and the lower end of the cover should be in full contact with the “○â€-type sealing ring ;
( 2 ) Tighten the vacuum valve clockwise, press the “vacuum gauge†button to display the vacuum degree of 110 × 10 3 , press the “vacuum pump†button, the vacuum pump works, and the pressure below 15P a is normal ;
( 3 ) After 24 hours, the visually sensitive material is completely dry. After opening the vacuum valve in the counterclockwise direction, press the “vacuum pump†button, the vacuum pump stops running, press the “vacuum gauge†button, the vacuum degree display disappears ;
( 4 ) Remove the plexiglass cover, take out the material tray from the drying rack, and finish the drying process .
2, gland type:
( 1 ) Put the pre-frozen vial into the gland drying rack , place the dummy cover on the cold trap, and place the drying rack over the cold trap. Cover the plexiglass cover on the cover, and the lower end of the cover should be "â—‹" type sealing ring is in full contact ;
( 2 ) Tighten the vacuum valve clockwise, press the “vacuum gauge†button to display the vacuum degree of 110 × 10 3 , press the “vacuum pump†button, the vacuum pump works, 15P a below is normal, freeze-drying starts ;
( 3 ) After 24 hours, the visual material is completely dry, then turn the handle above the plexiglass cover clockwise, so that the cap screw in the cover rotates downward, and the cap is pressed into the bottle to realize the vacuum. lids;
( 4 ) In the counterclockwise direction, open the vacuum valve to inflate, press the “ vacuum pump †button , the vacuum pump stops running, remove the plexiglass cover, and take out the material bottle to save.
3, multi-manifold type:
( 1 ) First place the cold dry rack or gland cold drying rack above the cold trap, put the pre-frozen material into the rack ( pre-freezing process as mentioned above ) , cover the multi-manifold plexiglass cover or gland Manifold plexiglass cover ;
( 2 ) Take out the lyophilized bottle from the cold trap, and install a standard pipe plug on the cover, insert the pipe plug into the bottle core, rotate the valve wing vertically downward after the bottle is installed, and connect the inside of the bottle to the inside of the cover ;
( 3 ) Press the “vacuum gauge†button , the vacuum degree is displayed as 110 × 10 3 , press the “vacuum pump†button, the vacuum pump works, and freeze-drying starts. During the lyophilization process, if you need to replace the dry bottle or remove the dry bottle that has been dried first, turn the valve wing so that it is facing up vertically, the dry bottle is connected to the atmosphere, and the bottle is inflated and isolated from the hood. , the drying bottle can be removed ;
( 4 ) If the material in the dry bottle and the material in the cover are all dry, remove the dry bottle first, then inflate the cover, remove the multi-manifold plexiglass cover, take out the material for packaging and preservation, do not take the bottle with the cover. .
six, Â Shutdown operation
1. Press the “Total Power†button to power down the control system of the whole machine ;
2 , dial the power plug, vacuum pump power cord plug ;
3 , wipe the cold trap, material rack, plexiglass cover ;
4. When the vacuum pump is not working, please cover the vent hole to prevent dust from entering.
Seven, Â Precautions
1, Â The vacuum pump is placed on the ground to maintain a certain height difference from the main unit. When a sudden power outage occurs, it can help prevent oil return. In the event of a power outage, immediately unscrew the inflation valve, inflate the main unit, take out the sample as soon as possible, and store it properly ;
2,  Working environment temperature ≤ 32 °C, humidity ≤ 80% ;
3, Â When shutting down, first inflate, then turn off the vacuum pump to prevent the vacuum pump from returning oil to the pollutants ;
4, Â Organic glass against the host "â—‹" contact type seal, the sealing ring should be kept clean, can not be scrubbed with an organic solvent, an organic glass with "â—‹" note-ring at the contact protection against touch, stroke, injury;
5, Â After 200 hours of continuous operation according to the instructions , the vacuum pump oil should be replaced regularly, paying attention to maintenance and maintenance ;
6, Â Do not switch the power supply and the chiller frequently. If the chiller is shut down due to this operation, wait at least three minutes before restarting the chiller .
7, Â Use a grounded power outlet.
Eight, Â Common faults and troubleshooting
1, the degree of vacuum of less than 15 Pa or less.
( 1 ) Check the connection between the vacuum pump and the main unit, and the clamp is properly clamped ;
( 2 ) Check whether the plane of the lower end of the plexiglass cover is clean and free of damage ;
( 3 ) Check if the “○†type seal is clean and placed correctly ;
( 4 ) Check if the vacuum pump works normally and observe whether the vacuum pump oil is clean ;
( 5 ) Check if the vacuum valve is tightened .
2 , vacuum pump oil leakage: check the fuselage parts, replace the required accessories.
3. The temperature of the cold trap is too high: the ambient temperature is too high, and the heat dissipation is poor. If the refrigeration system is faulty, please contact the company's technical staff.
