"One control": That is, the initial control of temperature. After 3 to 4 days after bag removal, the temperature inside the mushroom bed cover film is controlled within 25°C. It is not necessary to remove the film for ventilation. The purpose is to allow the unpacked shiitake mushrooms to rejuvenate at moderate temperatures. After 4 days ventilation every day 1 or 2 times (time 30 to 40 minutes), pull the temperature difference, so that the aerial mycelium is inhibited, and will not be too prosperous.
"Two sprays": The secretion of water spray off. Generally 7-8 days after bag removal, the mycelium begins to spit out yellow water beads, and this should be treated in time, otherwise it will cause the bacteria to be autolyzed and easily infected with bacteria, or cause the bacteria to be thickened. To do this, it must be sprayed with water in a timely manner. On the first day, lightly spray on the tube with a sprayer, dilute the yellow waterdrops, and rinse with a heavy pressure sprayer the next day. When the tube is slightly dry, cover the film.
"Three difficult solutions": that is to change the color difficult. Mainly do a good job of ventilation (not less than twice a day, 30 minutes each time). When the temperature is high, sooner or later, it is necessary to remove the membrane and ventilate the temperature, so as to increase the temperature difference, the temperature of the mushroom bed during the color conversion period is controlled at 15°C to 20°C. If it is found that the color change is too light or does not change color, spray water to moisturize, tightly cover the film, or put the fungus tube on the ground. Use ground temperature and wetness to promote the color change; if the mycelium grows and does not fall down, it can be removed at noon. 1 to 1.5 hours, let the tube contact with light or dry air, prompting the mycelium to fall into color. If the above treatment is not effective, use 3% lime water to lightly spray and wait until the cover film is dried.
Respiratory Protection
is a device designed to protect the wearer from inhaling particulate
matter, including airborne microorganisms, fumes, vapours and gases.
There are two main categories: the air-purifying respirator which forces
contaminated air through a filtering element, and the air-supplied
respirator in which an alternate supply of fresh air is delivered.
Within each category, different techniques are employed to reduce or
eliminate noxious airborne contaminants.
Respirators
range from relatively inexpensive single-use, disposable face masks to
more robust reusable models with replaceable cartridges.
They are also sometimes referred to as a dust mask or a gas mask.
