1. Ultrasonic crushing homogenizer

The advantages are: easy to use, different types of samples can be processed by changing different probes; emulsification and homogenization effect are good, suitable for single sample operation. Disadvantages: Multiple samples cannot be processed at the same time. Different samples need to be replaced or cleaned to increase the chance of cross-contamination between samples; it has certain influence on biological samples with special requirements.
2, probe rotary blade homogenizer
This type is used for the purpose of processing toughness samples by rotating the crucible in a homogenizer to achieve separation, mixing, crushing and homogenization. It is used to disperse animal/plant tissue, and it can be used for extraction of nucleic acid, protein, etc. with lysate. It can also be used for industrial resin and pigment to make suspension/emulsion. The main advantages of this type of homogenizer are: low speed, high torque, no noise. The advantage is that it can efficiently process stubborn samples including bones, spores, soil, etc. Each homogenized tube of the homogenizer has its own grinding beads to avoid cross-contamination, and the operation is simple and efficient.
