(6) Scraper: The wooden frame mold was placed on a tempered glass plate with a thickness of 6 mm. After pouring the slurry, a thin layer having a thickness of 0.5 cm was scraped off with a wooden board.
(7) Drying: The formed sheet is sent to a drying room together with a glass plate, dried at a temperature of 50 to 60°C for 12 to 16 hours, and taken out until the pulp becomes a tough skin.
