This intelligent vacuum pump achieves the purpose of automatically adjusting vacuum and flow through three unique modes of operation: interval, timing, and limit:
Interval working mode
The upper and lower limits of the required vacuum can be set. When the pump reaches the upper limit of the vacuum, it will automatically stop. When the vacuum drops to the lower limit, the pump will start automatically.
Applications: vacuum holding of closed containers, etc.
Example: If the ANB2005 intelligent vacuum pump (its maximum negative pressure -80kPa) is used to "vacuum hold" a closed container so that the internal negative pressure is always maintained at -60kPa, the upper limit can be set to -55kPa. The lower limit is -65 kPa. During the period when the negative pressure in the container reaches the upper limit, the pump will stop automatically; then, the negative pressure will decrease with the leakage of the closed container itself. Below the lower limit, the pump will automatically start, so that the negative pressure in the container will be maintained. At around -60 kPa, the purpose of vacuum holding is achieved.
2. Timing mode
The working time of the pump can be set, and the pump will automatically stop running after the set time. The maximum allowable time is 99 hours and 59 minutes, and the shortest time is 1 minute.
Application range: Controlled vacuum time (timed stop)
Example: If you want a negative pressure in a closed container to reach -80KPA, use a smart vacuum pump ANB2005 (its maximum negative pressure -80kPa [2]) to pump this container. If the container is small, such as 1-2L, you can set the length to a few. Minutes; otherwise, you need to set the time longer. After the time, ANB2005 will automatically stop.
3. Extreme working mode
An upper limit value of the vacuum can be set, and the pump will automatically stop when the pump reaches the vacuum.
