Huazhen (1051 -?), a famous poet in the Northern Song Dynasty, the word An Ren, Yunxi Layers, Hueiji (now Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province). Shenzong Yuanfeng two years (1079) jinshi. In the preface to the tea poem “Lianxi Waterfall Lingxian Tea†published in “Jia Tai Hui Ji Zhiâ€, he enthusiastically praised the waterfall Xian Lu:

The poet portrays the unique environment of the hazy, hazy, and lush vegetation in Waterfall Ridge, making it fascinating. The poem was changed to "Falling Ridge" in the "Poetry of the Whole Song Dynasty." The title "Because of the "Jia Tai Hui Ji Zhi" volume four as "Xixi Waterfall Ling Xiancha"", removed the small order. This reform confuses the subject, and it is easy for readers to mistake it for the fact that this poem is the waterfall ridge, and therefore has not been included in the poems of tea. In fact, this poem is a tea poem of the Qilu Waterfall Lingxian tea. Therefore, the adaptors are not clever and violate the poet's intentions.
“Yuyao County Chronicle†quoted Yuan Yuan’s “Baked Tea Poemâ€: “Shen Shen has not seen the teamakers, the cream has fallen into the green trees, and the most style is rock water, which is sweet like milk.â€
In the Ming Dynasty, Huang Zongxi's "Lee Chau Yuyao Waterfall Tea Poems" said: "After the wind is blowing, the light yin is picking tea. Since Yuyao had been subordinate to Shaoxing or Yuezhou before the Qing Dynasty, most of the relevant historical documents were also preserved in the historical records of Shaoxing. At present, the excavation and research of historical literature on the waterfall cents in Yuyao and Ningbo is still quite limited. Perhaps it is necessary to discover historical materials in Shaoxing literature or famous poems in order to make this rare historical tea even more exquisite. Inviting fragrance.
The ancient waterfall tea has been lost for a long time. In 1979, the relevant departments organized their efforts to set up a research and development tea team to trial-make this long-established historical tea and finally succeeded. Since then, this ancient tea has gained a new life. In 1980, it won a title of famous tea at the Zhejiang Tea Association.
