1. Loosen the nut on the right side of the fuselage to adjust the angle of the coating pan for easy handling of materials and cleaning work.
2. The electric appliance ensures that the hot and cold air is separately controlled, and the air supply amount is adjusted. The knurled nut on the hot air bladder can be loosened, and the wind blade fingers are turned downward.
3. Unscrew the two knurled screws or nuts on the heated electric hob to adjust the position of the electric furnace.
4. The gear changeer should be changed every 6 months. Be careful not to block the air outlet on the top cover.
Third, maintenance and maintenance of safety technology
1. The lubricating oil in the gearbox and the grease in the inner cavity of the rolling bearing should be replaced regularly.
2. If the sugar-coated pan is not cleaned for a long time, it should be oiled on the surface to prevent the copper of the pot from oxidizing or dampening to produce toxic copper compounds.
3. In order to ensure the lubrication condition of the worm gear in the gearbox, the temperature rise of the box during operation shall not exceed 50 °C.
4. The oil-proof sealing ring at the shaft end of the worm should be checked and replaced regularly (generally no more than six months).
5, the machine must be reliably grounded, its grounding resistance should be ≤ 4Ω.
6. Do not dismantle the electrical appliances and belt guards at will.
