The plaintiff Beijing Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. claimed that from July to September 2012, the company successively signed a decoration contract with the Qiao Jiangnan Company for three stores in Shijiazhuang, Yantai and Ningbo, and agreed that the company would decorate and decorate the three stores in Qiaojiang South. The method is manual and double-material, and the total amount of the three contracts is 13.63 million yuan. The above-mentioned three stores passed the completion acceptance inspections in September 2012 and December 2012, and were successively opened for business operation. However, the renovation projects still owed RMB 304.05 million.

A certain decoration engineering company in Beijing indicated that the company had repeatedly asked for renovations, and Qiao Jiangnan Company also made payment commitments on many occasions, but it has not fulfilled and repeatedly evaded payment. In desperation, the company filed the three lawsuits and asked Qiaojiangnan to pay a total of RMB 304,050 in arrears for the project and pay overdue interest.

It is reported that Chaoyang District Court has accepted the three cases and the case is under further investigation.
