According to the requirements specified in the operating instructions of the rice transplanter, the engine oil should be replaced after one or 50 hours of engine operation; after two working seasons or 100 hours of transplanting, the oil should be replaced; the gear unit of the rice transplanter should be replaced after three quarters or 150 hours of operation. .

The second wash is to clean the rice transplanter's mud debris after each shift, and also to clean the engine's carburetor, sediment cup, and air filter.

Three checks are to check the engine, transplanter work mechanism, walking and operating mechanism. The main contents of the inspection engine are the amount of fuel, the amount of oil, and the condition of each connection fastening part; the main contents of the inspection transplanter work mechanism are the wear and deformation of the delivery mechanism, crank, swing bar, claw, and fork etc. , lubrication conditions and clearance size; Check the main components of the walking and operating mechanism is the clutch, drive wheel, steering clutch working conditions, the amount of oil in the gear box, V-belt tightness, drive sprocket box oil, a variety of control cable Wait.

Four adjustments are the adjustment of the engine, the transplanting work mechanism, the traveling mechanism and the operating mechanism. The main contents of engine adjustment are the adjustment of spark plug clearance and adjustment of the carburetor idle speed; the main contents of the adjustment of the transplanter working mechanism are the plant spacing, the number of plants, the depth of transplanting, the gap between the pick and the planting fork, etc.; adjustment of the walking and operating mechanism.
