How to raise sterile fly

Flies are one of the "four pests" that spread diseases. However, with the development of science and technology, its amazing fertility and abundant nutrients will be used as an inexhaustible top protein feed for the breeding industry. Developed for medicine, health care, biochemical, pesticide and chemical products. It was determined that dried fly maggot powder contained 59-65% of crude protein, 12% of fat, and 43.83% of total amino acids, 3.3 times that of fishmeal. Adding appropriate amounts of fresh wolfberry to the feed increased the yield of fish by 22%, the feeding rate of chickens increased by 17-25%, the growth rate of feeding pigs increased by 19-42%, and the feed was saved by 20-25%. Now we will introduce the technology of fly cages aseptic cages as follows.

One, fly breeding

The indoor air is required to be fresh, the temperature is maintained at 24-30°C, the relative humidity is 50-70%, and the light is lighted for more than 10 hours per day. There are fly cages, cage racks, temperature and humidity gauges, and warming ventilation to prevent escape.

The square fly cages with a length of 50 cm in height, height and width are made of coarse iron wires or bamboo strips. The outside is covered with a plastic gauze net. One of the operating circular holes with a diameter of 20 cm is left on one side, and the opening is 30 cm long. Usually tied. Three cages are placed on the cage three-dimensionally, and 1-1.5 million fly species can be cultivated per cage.

The first batch of sterile flies can be introduced from the demonstration base and can also be cultivated by wild flies. The method is to sterilize the maggots that have been bred or dug, and then select a large plentiful person (not a big-headed fly) to be placed in a cage to become a sterile fly species.

The purpose of cage culture is to allow females to concentrate their eggs. There are four kinds of discs or cylinders with different functions in the cage: (1) Water trays, which are specially used for drinking water of species flies; they are changed once a day; (2) Food trays with sterile boil, brown sugar, yeast, and preservatives The water and nutrient foodstuffs are changed once a day; (3) The spawning jars contain the mixture of bran water and attractants to lure the female flies to spawn, and the eggs and eggs are transferred to the human larvae to cultivate the eggs every day. Replacement of new material; (4), feather cylinder, dedicated to the release of the soon-to-be emerged species.

The all-in, all-out breeding method is to kill all the 20-day-old seed flies, and then they are processed into flies. The fly cages are then treated with disinfection and then used to cultivate the next batch of new flies.

Second, the breeding of crickets

Similar to the breeding house, the room temperature is maintained at 26-35°C, and the humidity is 65-70%. There are facilities for raising the larvae, breeding pots, temperature and humidity meter and heating. Larvae do not need light when they are afraid of light.

The nursery bowl is filled with 5-8 cm thick mixed foodstuffs mainly composed of livestock manure with a humidity of 65-75%, and then the ratio of 1g fly eggs per kilogram of foodstuff is applied, and the eggs are aged for 8-12 hours. That is hatching into a quail, 0.5 kg per kilogram of pig manure.

After five days of breeding, the quail is mature, and in addition to replanting, the pods used as feed should be collected and used. The method is to use "strong light screening method" or "oxygen deficiency method" to force them to escape from the foodstuffs for separation. After the fresh broth is fed, the excess oysters are dried and processed into glutinous rice flour to replace the fish meal to prepare a mixed feed.

After mashing into a mortar, the screen is used to separate the material, and then a large full person is selected for seeding. For temporary use, he can store in the refrigerator for 15 days. In winter, he should transfer the seed hopper to the indoor insulation for winter.

Third, benign ecological farming

At present, good efficiency has been achieved in the breeding of fly maggots, livestock, poultry, fish, frogs, and cockroaches. This base adopts a benign ecological cycle mode of feeding Russian rabbits and pheasants, black chickens and chickens, raising rabbits and feces, feeding chickens and scorpions with flying maggots, and planting Russian fodder with waste from fly maggots. It has achieved good results.
