The tiller is introduced into the front of the picking channel of the head of the cutting table, and the cutting teeth on the cutting chain are forced by the cutting table to force the dialing in and straighten by the supporting bar, and the plant is smoothly introduced into the counter-rotating picking roller, and the ear is counter-rotated. The picking roller squeezed and was removed, the stem was pressed by the picking roller and pulled toward the ground, and the straw on the ground was crushed by the straw returning machine. The extracted ear is lifted by the header lifting chain and sent to the transverse conveying stirrer at the back end of the cutting table. It is transported to the spike elevator through the stirrer cage, and the ear is dispelled through the cleaning separator on the lifter. Collected in the ear box, when the ear box is full, the hydraulic tank below the box will lift the ear box and pour the ear into the transporter. Thus, a variety of functions such as picking, collecting spikes, removing trash, and high-level self-unloading ear, and returning the straw to the field or recycling the straw are completed.
2. Harvester maintenance and maintenance
(1) Daily technical maintenance
——Before daily work, it is necessary to thoroughly check the tension of the chain, fastening of each connection, fasteners, deformation and wear of various parts. Deformed to be plastic, worn or damaged to be replaced, clean up the weeds on the machine.
- Check the returning machine. If there is a broken knife or outage, it should be filled in time. Pay attention to whether the fixing bolts of the bearing brackets at both ends of the returning machine shaft are firm and reliable.
- Check all drive chains, in particular if the split pin on the link shaft of the reel chain is complete, replace the new split pin if necessary.
- Clean up the clay on the returning machine.

(2) Lubrication of Corn Combine Harvester
- According to the specification requirements lubrication.
- Always check the bearing seal condition and find that the lubrication interval should be shortened when the oil leak occurs. Replace it severely.
- Open drive sprocket should always be lubricated with oil.
Lubrication points must be filled with lubricating oil. Lubrication parts are shown in Table 3.
