Analysis of factors to be considered when testing samples for high and low temperature

When testing high and low temperature test chambers , the first thing to consider before our eyes is : What temperature range do you need to test ? What is the weight of the test piece ? How many layers do you need to put ? The size of the studio (standard is best 3/1 larger than what you experimented with ) .  

High and low temperature test chamber operating procedures:

1. The operation of the high and low temperature test chambers shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements for the use of the test equipment or the instructions;

2. Explosives, combustibles, combustibles and flammable gases are prohibited for testing;

3 , check the power supply part of the equipment before power-on, there is a wireless head off, the XJ3-G phase sequence relay on the electrical board is green, the wiring is correct, the cabinet must be well grounded;

4. Before the bake material is baked, it must be dripped outside the experimental box and then placed in it;

5 , there are test holes on the side, when connecting the test piece test line, pay attention to select the wire area, and insert the insulation material after the connection;

6. When placing the test sample in the equipment working room, it should not be too dense to affect the gas flow, resulting in inaccurate experiment;

7. Wear heat-resistant gloves or tools when handling items during the test;

8. When the equipment is running, the electrical control box cannot be opened to prevent dust from entering or causing electric shock accidents;

9. When the equipment is running, the door cannot be opened;

10. When performing high temperature test and when the temperature inside the box is higher than 50 degrees, it is forbidden to press the cold switch to prevent damage to the compressor.

Processing when an abnormality is found during the running process ;

1. If there is any abnormality or burnt smell in the test, stop using it and check immediately;

2 , to find out the cause of equipment anomalies, if you can not self-repair, the manufacturer should be responsible for repair.

Maintenance notes:

1. The fan motor needs to be inspected and cleaned frequently, and dust should not be accumulated, so as not to affect the normal operation of the motor. Always check whether the wind impeller is detached to avoid abnormal temperature inside the test chamber;

2 , in the low temperature test chamber, if there is condensed water on the inner wall of the test chamber, first do high temperature baking to evaporate the water and then do the low temperature test;

3. When the inspector checks the abnormal situation, it should be recorded; the metrology administrator conducts the operation check every three months. When the inspection task is heavy, the quality inspection department can add the number of inspections;

4. The equipment needs to be responsible for the person. Please install the external protection mechanism and supply the system power according to the product nameplate. After the equipment is used, cut off the external power supply.

5 , leaving a space of 0.5 meters behind the equipment to facilitate heat dissipation and maintenance work;

6. After each use, clean the inside and outside of the equipment.
