First, raw materials

2. Ammonia easily evaporates and has a strong irritating odor. -77 ° C melting point, soluble in water, alkaline, mixed with acid to produce a neutralization reaction, used as a neutralizer in this agent, neutralizes acrylic acid. Use 25% ammonia.
3. Sodium hydroxide, also known as caustic soda, caustic soda, fire alkali, colorless or white transparent crystals, there are pieces, tablets, tablets, rod-like solid products, liquid products known as liquid caustic soda. Strong hygroscopicity, able to absorb moisture and dissolve in open air, strong alkaline, soluble in water, and strongly exothermic. Must be sealed and stored. 4. Potassium persulfate is fine or white, and it decomposes below 100°C to release oxygen and become potassium pyrophosphate. Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, strong oxidizing. Used as a catalyst in the manufacture of this agent.
5. Catalyst LFTE light yellow liquid, non-ionic surfactant, good stability, non-toxic, flame-retardant. Used as a catalyst in the manufacture of this agent.

After drying at 50° C. to 60° C., a bulky white substance having a water content of 5% or less is obtained and pulverized to obtain a powdery swelling hydrophilic absorbent polymer.
