“At the same time, the project used the 'two strikes' method for the first time to construct a variety of fetal disease models, including metabolic syndrome, nonalcoholic fatty liver, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, kidney. Small ball sclerosis, bipolar disorder, etc., and for the first time in these models of fetal disease, confirmed the 'two programming' mechanism of intrauterine maternal glucocorticoids, pointing out that the core is 'glucocorticoid-insulin-like growth Factor 1 axis 'programming changes.'" It is noteworthy that the project also comprehensively proposes an early comprehensive prevention and treatment strategy for fetal-derived diseases, and establishes a risk assessment technique for intrauterine growth retardation based on differences in maternal blood metabolism profiles, and a variety of genetic markers based on umbilical cord development-related genes.
