Molding incubator overview MJX type mold incubator is a high-precision thermostat with cold and heat control. It can be used for plant culture, breeding test, culture, preservation of bacteria, mold, microorganisms, BOD measurement of water analysis and constant temperature test for other purposes. It is an ideal test equipment for scientific research units such as biological genetic engineering, medical treatment, health and epidemic prevention, drug testing, agriculture, animal husbandry and aquatic products.

Mold incubator structural features The chassis is made of high-quality thin plates, and the surface is painted firmly and beautifully. The door is equipped with double-glazed glass windows and UV germicidal lamps to enable the studio to be sterilized. The inner liner is made of mirror stainless steel sheet and is made of four-corner arc shape. The temperature inside the box is uniform, durable and easy to clean. The humidity is naturally evaporated and humidified. The temperature control part adopts a new intelligent digital display temperature regulator with single chip technology. Users can set and adjust the temperature and time by operating the touch panel of the control panel according to different requirements to achieve the test purpose.

Working principle of mold incubator The incubator converts the actual temperature felt by the temperature sensor located in the box into an electrical signal, and controls the heater or the refrigeration compressor to operate at the desired temperature.

Mold incubator installation
1. This equipment should be installed in a room that is away from direct sunlight and is ventilated and dry. The equipment and the wall must have a distance of more than 10CM.
2. The cabinet can be adjusted with the bottom adjustment screw to make the cabinet stable.
3. This equipment uses AC 220V/50Hz power supply, and there must be a reliable grounding wire in the power supply circuit to ensure safe use.

Mold incubator use method
1. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and make the switch in the “on” position, and the device enters the power-on state. At this point, the temperature and time setting operation can be started.
2, temperature / time button can be used to switch between temperature and time 1) Temperature setting: press the temperature / time button, the temperature setting indicator of the meter is on. Press the Set button to enter the SV state, set one of the three numbers in the display window to flash, then press the shift button (<) to shift the flashing number to the desired setting, then press the ∨ or ∧ button to change the temperature setting. Set to the desired temperature (minimum 0.1 °C), and finally press the Set button to save the set value to the microcontroller. At this time, the left display window displays the measured temperature, and the right display window displays the set temperature.
2) Time setting: Press the temperature/time button, the meter's time setting indicator lights. Press the Set button to enter the TV state, set one of the three numbers in the display window to flash, then press the shift button (< ) to shift the flashing number to the desired setting, then press the ∨ or ∧ button to change the time setting. Set the value until the required time (minimum 1h), and finally press the set button to save the set value to the microcontroller. At this time, the left display window displays the measurement time, and the right display window displays the set time. Timing function: When the instrument is powered, the timing function starts. After the timing is over, the output is turned off. The heater and the refrigeration compressor stop working, and the temperature inside the incubator will gradually reach the ambient temperature.
3. Status indication: After the setting is completed, the device runs according to the set parameters. When the measured temperature is lower than the set temperature, the device enters the heating state and the heating indicator lights. Conversely, when the measured temperature is higher than the set temperature, the cooling indicator lights up and the device enters the cooling state. When the measured temperature is higher than the set temperature by 4 °C, the alarm indicator lights and the buzzer sounds.
4. Parameter modification: If you want to modify the temperature and time parameters during operation, modify them according to procedures 1 and 2.
5. Quick setting: When setting parameters, one of the three numbers will flash. If you press the ∧ key, the last digit of the set value will be increased by one; if you press this button, the value will be set after about 3 seconds. Add 1 continuously; if you press the ∨ key, the set value is decreased by 1; if you press and hold the key, the set value is continuously decreased by 1 after about 3 seconds.

Mold incubator precautions and maintenance
1. During the handling of the incubator, it is forbidden to invert and lay flat more than 45 degrees.
2. Do not change the set value frequently during use to avoid overloading the compressor and affecting the service life of the device.
3. This machine is equipped with two sets of fuses. If there is a malfunction during operation, please cut off the power supply first, check if the fuse is intact, and then check other parts.
4. In order to maintain the appearance of the device, do not wipe the surface with a corrosive solution. Wipe the cloth with a dry cloth or alcohol to keep the inside of the box clean.
5. When the equipment is not in use, keep the inside of the box dry and cut off the power.
6. To ensure uniform temperature inside the box, always check the normal operation of the axial fan in the box. During the experiment, the contents of the box should not be placed too densely and do not block the fan outlet to facilitate circulation of the airflow inside the box.
7. Do not touch, touch the temperature probe inside the box, causing the temperature to run out of control.
8. If the equipment fails, you should ask a professional to repair or contact the sales department of the factory. Users should not arbitrarily dismantle.
