Broiler Brooding Techniques
It is very important to raise colorful pheasants. The management of the brooding price is very important. If the chicks are managed well, the survival rate of the commercial pheasants can reach 95% or more, otherwise it will cause losses. According to our more than 10 years of breeding experience, as long as we do a good job of management measures such as insulation, feeding, and disease prevention, the survival rate of pheasant seedlings can be greatly improved.
Insulation households can build a suitable insulation shed according to the amount of their own breeding. The area size is calculated for every 80 larvae/m2. If there are many broilers, they should be kept in a shed, and each 500 should be divided into a small group. Each group is separated by 30 cm high cardboard. The construction method of the insulation shed is as follows: 80 cm to 100 cm from the ground, bamboo scaffolding, and nylon, cotton and other insulation materials on the frame; if there are only 200 to 500 animals, cardboard or other materials can be used in the house. Circle a small circle of 2 square meters to 5 square meters, spread 5 cm of dry wood chips or glutinous rice on the ground, and then spread a layer of broken sacks (the effect is to prevent safflower seedlings from eating wood chips, which can be peeled off on the fourth day) . A few 250W infrared light bulbs are evenly suspended within 20 centimeters to 30 centimeters from the ground within the shed, and the number of light bulbs can be set to reach the normal temperature. The heat source can use electric heating pipe, heating wire, heating pipe. It is only required that the temperature in the booth is normal and uniform. The Miao chicken is warmed up the day before entering the circle to warm up the shed. The temperature of the seedlings must be controlled at 37°C for 1 day to 3 days after entering the circle; 35°C~36°C for the 2nd week; 33°C~34°C for the 3rd week; 30°C~31°C for the 4th week; Large, generally half a day, the specific temperature should be determined depending on the status of the seedlings. If the chicks are evenly distributed or eat or rest, it means that the temperature is normal; if the chicks are gathered together under the heat source, they are irritated and restless. If the chickens keep away from the heat source and the mouth is breathing, the wings will fall. , it means that the temperature is too high. Adjust the temperature level, can increase or decrease the bulb, adjust the size of the ventilation outlet, and appropriately enlarge the greenhouse to control. After 5 days of age, if the light is too bright and easy to bleed, it should be shaded or replaced with a red-blue light bulb to reduce the brightness. About 1 month old can be broken once.
Chicks and chicks are fed with a large full-size chick material 510 or 310 for the start-up of feed. If 510 pellets are used, large particles are sieved out with a fine sieve within 4 days of age. 1 day ~ 3 days will be evenly sprinkled on the sack, after the gradual use of food trough or bucket, feed should continue all day. After 1 month of age, use 511 chicken ingredients. If you keep the breeders, you will start feeding at 3 months of age.
Chickens within 15 days of disease prevention should be protected against white leeches and coccidiosis. Specific measures are: drinking water with potassium permanganate before eating. On the first day to the third day, each seedling was fed with 2000 units of penicillin plus 2000 units of streptomycin; 4 days to 6 days were added to the feed with terramycin powder or norfloxacin, and then used alternately as described above. It is 15 days old. The drug was administered once every 10 days to 15 days before 3 months of age. Before and after 10 days of age, Newcastle disease II was used to drink water or nasal drops, and 3 months of age and 1 month before egg production were intramuscularly injected with Newcastle disease I strain.
Pheasant indoor breeding technology
Traditionally broiled pheasants often build playgrounds, build habitats, and build shelters to escape the net. Facilities are complex. Through years of breeding practices, we have explored the use of pheasant indoor lightless culture technology, which greatly simplifies the cultivation of pheasant facilities and reduces the cost of breeding. The specific approach is as follows:
Utilizing farmer's existing free houses, the size can be 15 square meters to 50 square meters, with 5 cm thick dry wood chips, rice husk or dry straw. (Dry wood chips are good for water absorption, and they need not be changed after transplanting from seeding to end of feeding, and conditions are preferred). The doors and windows of the chicken house should be sealed and the windows should be sealed with old packing cardboard or sack cloth so that no bright light can enter the room. During the nursery period, an insulated shed is covered with cardboard in the room, covered with old cotton wool and other insulation materials. According to 80 / square meter heated to 37 °C, and open a 15W ~ 40W lamp for food, the light is too easy to prostrate. After 30 days of de-warming, you can turn on the lights all day long, making the room dark and dark day and night. In the long-term dark culture of pheasants, the faintly scattered light from the window can still be found in the drinking water, and there is no need to worry about the pheasant starving to see the food. Due to the lack of light in the room, the pheasant's activity is reduced and no longer fly. This will help speed up growth, avoid random flight, cause casualties, and greatly increase the breeding density and reduce feed consumption. Commodity pheasants can raise 8 animals per square meter, break once at the age of 50 days, so that they can be listed on 105 days, and the pheasant feathers are beautiful and are more popular in the market.
Cultivated pheasant can also adopt the above method, but only when the window shade is removed at the age of 5 months, the indoor light will be bright, and the feathers of the wings will be cut off to make it lose its flying ability. According to the ratio of 1 to 4 males, Density 2 ~ 3/m2, egg production can be produced after about 1 month.
