Termite prevention and control methods are various, and the following control methods are commonly used throughout our province.
1. In the propagation nursery, the tree sections, stumps, and stubs should be removed to avoid attracting termites. In the seedbeds and planting holes, all woody fiber should be removed.
2. Immerse termite-like foods such as wild jute, dried bamboo, pine bark and sugarcane bagasse in one cubic foot of the hole, then pour water and cover grass to trap the termites. After 3-5 days, lift the grass and let it open. The chickens feed on food, or spray a little mirex powder, using the termite's omnivorous, so that the termites bring back to the nest to kill more individuals.
3. In time deal with ulcerated wounds, the wind folding tree or cold damage tree, saw flat at 45 degrees oblique angle, and then painted with black oil.
4. When the termite colony is found concentrated, the smoke agent can be pressed into the main nest. There are many kinds of smoke agents and pressing methods.
